Sale Rules and Regulations:
- Complete pair of glasses or sunglasses includes a new frame and new lenses (prescription or non-prescription) purchased from Modern Eyes Optometry.
- Patients must have a valid prescription at the time of their eyewear consultation.
- All eyewear must be purchased at the same time and paid in full for savings to apply.
- Savings are not transferable and will be applied to the lower-priced lenses.
Children’s Programs
U16 Program
Children under the age of 16 receive 75% off the cost of lenses on their second pair of prescription glasses.
Eye See…Eye Learn Program
The Eye See… Eye Learn Program ensures children have the visual tools they need before entering school. Students born in 2019 and 2020 receive:
• An OHIP-covered eye examination
• One free pair of eyeglasses (if prescribed)
